OVVERO:
COME FARE AD OTTENERE STATISTICHE SEMPRE PIU' BASSE SU QUALSIASI TIPO DI PRODOTTO O DI ARGOMENTO
Credo che sia l'esempio piu' disarmante dell' economia attuale ( malgrado prolifichino corsi di perfezionamento, posizionamento nel mercato,brand, marketing diretto ),sicuramente il vero motivo della crisi dei consumi e delle vendite.
Moltissimi tra voi avranno dei tristi esempi nel passato di aziende con cui hanno avuto problemi di pagamenti,merci deteriorate,e scarsissima qualita' generale.
Questo fenomeno si e' accresciuto notevolmente,soprattutto per la volonta' di voler scopiazzare il modello cinese che sembrava "l'uovo di colombo" per far funzionare tutto.
Peccato che i Cinesi sono Cinesi,ma gli Italiani "non sono Cinesi".
Quindi se i Cinesi hanno sempre fatto:
1) pagare pochissimo o nulla i dipendenti (che tanto sono anche parenti)
2) fregarsene di tutte le normative igieniche europee
3) starsene dei mesi o anni senza clienti ( tanto qualcuno tra loro provvedeva a pagare in qualche modo con vari sistemi : dai matrimoni combinati fino al riciclaggio)
4) in caso di fallimento ( sempre ben accetto ) fuga dei titolari in Cina , rimpiazzo dell' attivita' a parenti o amici
5) in caso di interrogatori ,rifiuto totale di collaborare anche in presenza di documenti falsi o incompleti.
E' abbastanza intuibile che l'azienda italiana difficilmente riesce a risolvere brillantemente anche solo un punto di quelli precedentemente elencati,quindi ecco trasformare tutti i collaboratori, dipendenti in "carne da cannone",alla disperata ricerca di nuovi mercati,nuovi finanziamenti,nuove soluzioni produttive, e magari non pagarli nemmeno per tanta fatica.
Nell' immediato futuro la forbice tra "aziende di alto profilo" e "ciarpame da strada" si ampliera' notevolmente,dato il nuovo contributo di "nuove maestranze desiderose di lavorare in Italia". Quindi OKKIO!!! Prima di muoversi......INVESTIGATE..INVESTIGATE...
I think it is the most disarming example of the current economy (despite prolific courses of improvement, positioning in the market, brand, direct marketing), certainly the real reason for the crisis in consumption and sales.Many of you will have sad examples in the past of companies with whom they have had problems with payments, deteriorated goods, and very poor general quality.This phenomenon has grown considerably, above all because of the desire to discover the Chinese model that looked like "the dove egg" to make everything work.Too bad that the Chinese are Chinese, but the Italians "are not Chinese".So if the Chinese have always done:
1) pay very little or nothing employees (who are also relatives)2) Get rid of all the European hygienic regulations3) stay for months or years without clients (so much so that some of them paid some way with various systems: from arranged marriages to recycling)4) in case of bankruptcy (always welcome), the owners' escape in China, replacement of the activity to relatives or friends5) in case of interrogations, total refusal to cooperate even in the presence of false or incomplete documents.It is quite understandable that the Italian company is unlikely to solve brilliantly even just one point of those previously listed, so here is to turn all employees, employees in "cannon fodder", desperate for new markets, new financing, new solutions productive, and maybe not even pay for it so much effort.In the immediate future, the gap between "high profile companies" and "street junk" will widen considerably, given the new contribution of "new workers willing to work in Italy". So OKKIO !!! Before moving ...... INVESTIGATE..INVESTIGATE ...
