NEL RESTO DEL MONDO ( SOPRATTUTTO ASIA E IN PARTICOLARE IN GIAPPONE ) SI STUDIANO TUTTE LE STRATEGIE POSSIBILI PER "FARSI CERCARE"

La parola d'ordine e' " strategia ",e vale per qualsiasi settore.

L'utilizzo dei social, dei video,che qui in Italia e' sempre stato utilizzato per modernizzare il "passa parola" tra amici, parenti e conoscenti.In Asia, oltre al divertimento puro, e' diventato l'arma numero 1 per presentarsi nel mondo del lavoro in qualsiasi ambito.

Dall' imbianchino, che dimostra le proprie abilita' e velocita' nella tinteggiatura di un appartamento ( e a modificare la sua presentazione video con una scenetta comica dove compie qualche disastro mentre lavora ,per inoltrarla in qualche selezione di casting per comici ),alla ragazzina coreana che divora spaghetti piccanti in quantita' assurde, per ottenere visibilita' nel mondo del food.

Personaggi che con mezzi modestissimi ottengono visibilita' e comunicazione in tempi brevissimi (e quindi opportunita' di lavoro e vari ingaggi ).

La mia esperienza diretta nel mondo della musica rock e dello spettacolo ne e' una conferma.Tutti i gruppi o musicisti che hanno sfondato  sono partiti da zero anzi sottozero,promuovendosi nei modi piu' assurdi ( il caso delle "BAND MAID " ,che da cameriere si sono trasformate in rock band ,fino a diventare il gruppo piu' forte in Giappone e' l'esempio piu' calzante ).Ma i casi sono in progressivo aumento,soprattutto nelle professioni piu' incredibili.

Le "IDOL", che nascono dal continuo voto di preferenza fatto su i social, dai propri amici e followers, per poi sfruttare questi numeri per poi proporsi alle aziende, alle " BEBOP" coreane, che dalle esibizioni davanti ai centri commerciali saltano velocemente a vincere i " Talent Asia".

Denominatore comune tra tutti questi casi : dilettanti - professionisti,ovvero un gioco lo trasformano in una professione e a volte in un successo mondiale.

Questo solo utilizzando completamente e progressivamente "tutti i canali possibili" che la tecnologia mette a disposizione.

My direct experience in the world of rock music and entertainment is a confirmation.All the groups or musicians who broke through have started from zero even below zero, promoting themselves in the most absurd ways (the case of the "BAND MAID", which waiter turned into rock band, until becoming the strongest group in Japan and 'the most fitting example). But the cases are gradually increasing, especially in the most incredible professions.

The "IDOL", which are born from the continuous vote of preference made on social networks, from their friends and followers, then take advantage of these numbers and then propose to companies, the "BEBOP" Korean, from the performances in front of shopping centers jump quickly to win the "Talent Asia".

Common denominator among all these cases: amateurs - professionals, or a game transform it into a profession and sometimes into a worldwide success.

ESEMPI DI CIO' CHE STA ACCADENDO CON I SOCIAL MEDIA IN QUESTI GIORNI CON I VARI SCANDALI CHE INIZIANO A SCATURIRE SONO SOLO LA PUNTA DI UN ICEBERG

Mi rifaccio totalmente alla mia esperienza asiatica :quello che in Europa chiamano "virtuale", in asia, in particolare in Giappone,e' praticamente la realta' di oggi.

Ho partecipato a 2 feste di  capodanno in diretta con Tokyo via web : se ci fossero stati gli odori e i sapori belle bevande e di cibi ,sembrava proprio di essere li presenti.E' incredibile come utilizzino tutti i loro apparecchi, smartphone,videocamere,tutti interconnessi tra loro per ottenere un effetto scenico tridimensionale ed emozionante, da poter ritrasmettere da qualsiasi parte vogliano.

Svincolati dal mito di Facebook ( usano prevalentemente LINE o QZONE , vere piattaforme per creare profili da star come da imbianchini) gestiscono "qualsiasi transazione della loro vita" tramite questi social.

Il mondo del lavoro, dei rapporti umani,della famiglia,passa attraverso ai filmati che creano istantaneamente, in via progressiva,a puntate, per portare "proprio la loro condizione" di fronte a chi decidono.

La miglior risposta che possono darti e' : tutto cio' che vedi  e partecipi e' reale,il sistema di trasporto dell' informazione e' virtuale.In effetti e' vero : se solo provassi ad insultare qualcuno, vedi come sarebbe reale la risposta!!! (mi immagino io,con i contatti  con i personaggi dello spettacolo,mi ritroverei braccato da avvocati internazionali ).

Quindi il confine tra virtuale e reale e' una "percezione"che varia da individuo ad individuo.

Pensare che questi sistemi sono ormai le colonne portanti dei sistemi di reclutamento professionale,giudizio nei concorsi e manifestazioni di varia natura,selezione di amicizie,relazioni intime,gestioni famigliari,per il Giappone sono ormai la realta' quotidiana che si differenzia massicciamente dall' occidente soprattutto per la velocita' e precisione degli interventi.

I risultati che quindi si ottengono sono incredibilmente diversi sia di carattere ambientale che sociale.

L' esempio piu' macroscopico lo si vede dal fatto che l' occidente ( l'Italia in particolare ),e' ansioso  per quanto riguarda l'invecchiamento della popolazione e addirittura incentiva l'arrivo degli stranieri per i cambi generazionali.

Loro, invece, pur essendo la nazione con il piu' basso tasso di natalita' del globo ,minimamente si sentono ansiosi su questo  fatto, e se ne guardano bene dal richiamare stranieri sul loro territorio.

I refer totally to my Asian experience: what in Europe call "virtual", in Asia, particularly in Japan, is practically the reality of today.

I attended two New Year's parties live with Tokyo via the web: if there were smells and tastes, nice drinks and food, it seemed to be there. It's amazing how they use all their appliances, smartphones, video cameras, all interconnected to achieve a three-dimensional and exciting stage effect, to be able to retransmit from any place they want.

Free from the myth of Facebook (mainly use LINE or QZONE, true platforms to create profiles like stars and painters) manage "any transaction of their lives" through these social networks.

The world of work, of human relationships, of the family, passes through the movies that create instantaneously, gradually, in installments, to bring "their own condition" in front of those who decide.

The best answer they can give you is: everything you see and participate is real, the information transport system is virtual. Actually, it's true: if you just tried to insult someone, see how the answer would be real. !!! (I imagine myself, with contacts with the characters of the show, I would find myself hunted by international lawyers).

So the boundary between virtual and real is a "perception" that varies from individual to individual.

To think that these systems are now the pillars of professional recruitment systems, judgment in competitions and events of various kinds, selection of friendships, intimate relationships, family management, for Japan are now the daily reality that differs massively from the West especially for the speed and accuracy of the interventions.

The results that are then obtained are incredibly diverse both environmental and social.

Pensare ai risultati elettorali e' quasi ridicolo, quando si sente la gente che ormai e' contenta di questi che recentemente sono giunti in Italia, i quali risolveranno il problema dell' INPS (si sa gia' che questo e' impossibile ) e del futuro globale del paese.

Ancor peggio quando si vanno a toccare le dinamiche personali e diciamo "famigliari" ( mi era capitata una discussione proprio scendendo da un mezzo pubblico, sui rumeni e neri che facevano sesso tra i rifiuti per strada.La risposta che ottenni fu: poveretti non sanno dove andare!! )

Stessa cosa con  una musulmana su  un tram con 2 carrozzine che litigava con il pubblico perche' ingombrava il passaggio.

Si era messa pure ad inveire : Voi non siete piu' capaci a fare figli, ci dobbiamo pensare noi!! ( da notare che ad Asti la linea 2 del bus per la presenza di 3 passeggini a bordo fu sospesa per motivi di sicurezza  fino a che almeno 2 non furono scesi ). Vorrei vedere, in caso di incidente tipo : un passeggero  cade sopra a un neonato e lo danneggia fisicamente, cosa potrebbe succedere, e chi sarebbero i responsabili.

Comunque la mia risposta alla musulmana sul tram fu molto diretta :tutto cio'di voi  che a che fare con i figli fa tutto solo schifo,non esiste minimamente una minima invidia delle vostre famiglie, per come le fate in che modo le fate, soprattutto quando vi porto dei paragoni sia di estetica e qualita' (non parliamo poi di erotismo ) di altri stati. L'unica risposta che date e' che sono debolezze di satana.quella che vi do io invece e che voi siete forti per una stalla con le vacche e basta.

( e' banale ma l'esempio di mettere delle "educande" con dei carcerati di lungo periodo non porta altro che trasformare queste persone in "guerriere da strada" )

La UE vuole dei migranti? Bene, allora prendiamo dei soggetti di valore che possano far salire la qualita' della popolazione sia di livello culturale che produttivo ( anche  famigliare visto che gli sbarchi dei migranti sono visti come l'arrivo della nuova gioventu' del futuro ).Vengano incentivati Giappone e Korea del sud a sviluppare qualsiasi situazione nel nostro paese in collaborazione con gli asiatici gia' residenti ( visto che e' dimostrato da anni la loro capacita' di innalzare lo status ambientale ,anche a seguito di grosse calamita' naturali che sociali ),

Se tutta l'Italia e l'Europa l'avesse gia' iniziato a fare prima, ilproblema dei trasporti ferroviari ( TAV ) ,su strada (buche e manutenzioni varie ) sarebbe gia' stato risolto da molto tempo,anche solo con la volonta' di seguire i loro esempi.
