In ITALIA si era partiti qualche anno fa con i festival cosplay sparsi in varie città italiane. Poi, i "matzuri" ( nome nipponico del festival ) si sono moltiplicati a dismisura,persino nei più piccoli centri di provincia.Tutto ciò ha evidenziato, proprio con il suo gran finale e le prestazioni delle rock band giapponesi,il successo del LUCCA COMICS 2016.Di "comico" c'è stato poco,perché la potente macchina organizzativa dell' evento non ha lasciato nulla al caso,sia per i contenuti quanto per la gestione dei servizi.Sempre più simile al "carnevale di Rio" piuttosto che ad un semplice festival del gioco e fumetto giapponese.Quattro giorni, in cui tutta la città viene coinvolta: dalla stazione dei treni dove il pubblico in arrivo, viene deviato in un percorso particolare alle porte della città dove ci sono le biglietterie aperte fino a sera,quando poi scattano i mezzi per le pulizie ( questi li ho visti personalmente in azione di notte dopo il concerto ).Non so quante migliaia di persone abbiano circolato per le vie,nei bar,nei padiglioni,fino alla Japan Town, vero cuore nipponico dell'evento,ma l'enorme quantità di servizi biologici sistemati nelle vie, nelle piazze, facevano capire a chi arrivava che tutto era stato fatto con la massima attenzione per le persone.Già perché non era  organizzato alla  "italiana".Un caso! ,qualcuno potrebbe pensare,purtroppo chi pensa così sono coloro che neanche lontanamente si accorgono che questa evoluzione economica ed organizzativa può portarci solo vantaggi e benefici.Se qualsiasi iniziativa attualmente gestita sia a livello politico, che economico sociale prendesse la via dell' esempio sopracitato i risultati sarebbero enormemente differenti.Non ci sarebbero mai stati i problemi con la val di Susa per l'alta velocità, in quanto tali popolazioni ( ed io le conosco bene risiedendo proprio in valle ) che erano contrarie ai lavori in valle, potevano essere rispettate ed accontentate facendo aumentare la velocità dei treni nei tratti dove era possibile.Credere che in Italia esista attualmente "l'alta velocità" è una comica, esistono certamente delle ottime motrici che fanno anche i 300 km. orari, ma l'alta velocità è una questione di strutture, per mantenere sia l'affidabilità dei percorsi che gli orari.Non serve avere un mezzo che fa i 300 km. orari se arriva quasi sempre con 40 minuti di ritardo.Meglio fare andare ai 150 dove può correre tranquillamente e spararlo ai 500 orari dove può farlo.In queste cose i  Giapponesi sono maestri,avremmo solo da copiare come fanno a risolvere simili problemi altrimenti finiremo col condannarci a costruire aerei meravigliosi che viaggiano a 4000 km. orari, ma che si devono fermare ad ogni distributore di carburante che incontrano per fare il pieno.
